So, they countered, we accepted! We are now sending the loan through underwriting and waiting on final approval, and we should close on or before Oct 30th! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!
WE ARE GOING TO BE HOMEOWNERS!!
Baron and I understand that the first year is going to be difficult, until I graduate from college, (aug of 08, so just under a year from now).
So please pray that we make it through, and are able to adjust our spending appropriately. (we know we can, it's just a matter of being good and doing it!!)
We know that our priorities are just about to change, so we know our habits must reflect that.
