wow, ok folks, a new event is on the horizon for the eidson household!
We are going to try to buy a house!
yeah, yeah, yeah, I know. It's a huge undertaking, but our main motivation for doing it is that we will be able to foster more kids, and more comfortably, as we will have more space!!
We've found a house we're going to check into this week, call our mortgage broker (or mom's mortgage broker that is!) and see if we can get this done!!
We really should pay off my car before we do this, but we're so close (7 months!!), and the house we found is such a great deal, in a good part of town, and the house is move in ready, with fresh foundation repair!! ( a great thing here in texas)
so, if anybody has any idea how to pay off our car, and retain our down payment money, send those ideas on over. Or, if you want to contribute to the fund, let us know, we'll be glad to let you help!
