The god-kids have moved into the room! WOO HOO!
we still have a few feet worth of base and crown molding to go up, and some flooring problems to fix. (we have a strange concrete ledge in the room that will be a source of creative outlet for us as we try to figure out how to conceal it.)
We start work on our bedroom this week. Our shower pan has a leak, and thanks to a water damage clause in our homeowners insurance, we are getting a new bathroom, and new flooring for the closet and the whole bedroom! we picked bamboo "hardwood" that is awesome! I am so excited to be able to start on that.. I can only imagine what a difference it will make on my allergies to not have a.) mold growing in my carpet due to water damage, and b.) carpet that holds on to pet dander, pollen, etc..
I will probably post pictures tonight of the room, and maybe a funny video of the kids!
